Hi. So I've recently reformated my computer and install guild wars(Eotn) again, but after I logged in, it says "You account is not currently authorized to play guild wars. If you wish to continue playing, please click the "Enter store" button above purchase the appropriate guild wars campaign". I have bought all the campaigns and have played 2years, never got this problem after computer reformating. So my account has been deleted? Or what should I do to get it back?

that's the message you get when you are using a trial key that has expired.

When you re-installed, did you try to activate by using a serial key? All you need to do is use your original login name and password, THEN add the EotN key.

Your login should be the full email address you used when creating your account, and whatever password you last used. If you're getting that message, it's you, not the server that is lost.

I would say if you had your account here for 2 years, you should send in a support ticket and get your access codes out just in case they need to confirm your purchase.

did u try the download client on guildwars.com or use eotn cd or does it actually come with a cd disk? Don't think it matters but who knows.
